Poor diet leads to many problems...

Very interesting article:

"Orwell was describing something that has become one of the world’s neglected scourges: the bad diet of the poor. When people think of malnutrition, they usually picture its most acute form—listless infants with bloated bellies, the little victims of famine. But there is a chronic manifestation of hunger, too, milder but more widespread. It affects those with enough calories to eat but too few micronutrients (vitamins, minerals and so on). They suffer the diseases of poor nutrition."

Make it at home

Blend your superfoods and fresh foods - experiment at home to produce goodness for your body - Soul Food.

My recent efforts saw me make raw superfood balls using a blender and hand rolling and refrigerating.  Also a baked some slices: oats and flax, goji, cacao, coconut butter, cinnamon, powdered acai, protein powder, oat milk.

Before playing soccer the other day my friend blended an incredible smoothie: mixed berries, raw milk, protein powder, acai pulp with guarana, carrots, green leaves..
