My favourite Superfoods

I try to consume several Superfoods each day
1.Acai - the Brazilian berry
2.Cocao - the raw from of chocolate
3.Goji - the asain mountain berry
4.Bee Pollen - tasty and nutritious
5.Mixed greens - Spirulina, wheat grass,
6.Any other

Superfoods are powered by the sun, raw superfoods are fuels to fly on. Consumed in large quantities these foods will blast away the sludge in your life, invigorating your body, nourishing your mind and lifting your spirit!

Everyone loves Chocolate....

Cocao – the raw form of chocolate.
Everyone eats chocolate – but not everyone eats Cocoa the rawest and most potently nutritional form of chocolate. Cocao is actually a bean/nut of a fruiting tree and the source of all chocolate and coco products. Cocao has been used for centuries to maintain health and vigor and was so highly valued in Aztec culture it was used as money. This Food of the Gods is unsweetened, vegan, organic and full of antioxidants and minerals.
The way I like to eat Cocao seeds as they are fairly bitter, is to break them up into nibs and combine with Goji berries, or simply to throw into a smoothie.

Superfood Smoothie

The easiest way to consume Superfoods is actuall by drinking a smoothie.... my post exercise drink yesterday was milk, with powdered acai, vanilla protein and LSA - yum :)
