Delicious and nutritious smoothie

A mix I often make - easy and incorporates many Superfoods :)

Simply blend:

Milk/or soy/oat/almond/rice
half a banana
ice cubes
maca powder
cacao powder
vanilla whey protein powder
cinnamon
Mixed supergreens - spirulina, chlorella, barley and wheat grass
